We are changing the way we meet and greet you

At New Hayesbank surgery, patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have had to modify the way we look after you.

We have been carrying out telephone, video, face to face consultations and home visits throughout the pandemic.

Now that winter is approaching and we have run a successful vaccination campaign, we are ready to take next steps to improve patient care.

We are planning to open the Main Entrance doors from 12th October 2021.

We will still be limiting access to the building to those patients who have spoken to a GP or healthcare professional and have a pre-booked appointment only. These measures will help us to provide our services to you in a safe manner.

For all other matters such as appointment requests, prescription requests or queries, please continue to use other methods such as eConsult, email or phone.

If you do need to collect something from the surgery, please ring the buzzer outside and wait for a receptionist.
