Anima/Total Triage – Please ensure that you are available to take a call or attend an appointment when submitting an Anima. The clinician will try twice.
All requests are triaged by a senior GP – the outcome is based on clinical need and you may not be seen same day. You will be advised of the outcome and booked into the appropriate appointment.
Our Care Navigation team are unable to amend the decision made by the triaging clinician.
