Dementia Champion – Patient Participation Group
My name is Jeannette Meyers and I am the volunteer Dementia Champion on the PatientParticipation Group at New Hayesbank Surgery….
After 4 years in this important volunteer role, David, the current Chairperson PPG, plans on stepping down at the end of this year or early in 2025.
Each practice in the country is required to have a Patient Participation Group (PPG). New Hayesbank Surgery feels that the patient voice is crucial to understanding the needs of the people we serve.
The partners of New Hayesbank are committed to working positively and collaboratively with our PPG.
The Practice is looking for volunteers to take on the position. You must be a registered patient at the surgery.
David would be happy to engage in a handover period with a successor. In the first instance anyone interested should contact kmicb.newhayesbanksurgery@nhs.net.
