TIME TO THINK – 23RD JUNE 2026 – CANCELLED

The Tuesday event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. It has been rescheduled to 15 September, 14:00–16:00. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you then..

Physical accessibility

New Hayes Bank surgery understands that all our patients needs can differ and we do our best to ensure that the surgery is accessible to all.

To achieve this we have 3 disabled parking bays leading to the main entrance that has two sloped access points to the main building and a ramp access to the west wing entrance.

We have 2 wheel chair accessible lifts, one located in the main building and another in the west wing entrance, Self detecting automatic opening doors leading to a wide main waiting and reception area, the desks have access to a portable hearing loop for those who may need it as well as a dual way microphone and speaker system.
There are 3 disabled toilets throughout the building and at least 12 wheel chair accessible clinical rooms.

On leaving the building there are wheel chair height push button’s to operate the doors for ease of access to the carpark.

If you feel there is anything we can be doing better to support all abilities in accessing the surgery then please feel free to comment either at reception, through the suggestion box in the surgery or email us at kmicb.newhayesbanksurgery@nhs.net
