You can use this service if you:

Prescription System change
Our prescription system is changing from the 1st June 2024. We are removing the online form for repeat prescriptions.
You can use one of the ways below to order your repeat prescriptions:
- Using your online NHS account
- Using your online patient access account
- Contacting your nominated pharmacy – internet pharmacies: they’ll ask for your name, age and GP surgery’s address so they can get your prescription.
- If you are unable to use either of the above preferred methods, you can still put the repeat slip into the prescriptions box.
To use an NHS account or the Patient access account you will need to have a login.
For any further information, or to request login details please speak to one of our reception team. Please note that you will need photo ID to register for online services.
Before you start
We’ll ask you for:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
